We use a variety of tools and methodologies in our executive development programmes.

From full scale training for a management team to individual one-on-one executive coaching, CAPRESE consultants work with their clients to tailor a best fit approach.

Developing the tools we need

CAPRESE's consultants develop methods and techniques to accomplish objectives ranging from Good Housekeeping in the area of sustainability to creating a customized Talent and Performance Management Index. We train others to use these and other industry-leading methods and apply such techniques to successfully accomplish our consulting assignements.

What we do

CAPRESE accompanies people and organisations as they make sense of complex situations, clarify what matters, and move forward with greater confidence.

Our work may take the form of strategy facilitation, organisational development, leadership and team development, capacity building, evaluation, project support or performance management. These are not isolated service lines. They are different ways of helping clients address questions of direction, alignment, learning, change and implementation.

Situations we support

Clients often come to us when the formal question is already clear: a strategy needs to be developed, a programme needs to be evaluated, a workshop needs to be facilitated, or a team needs support. Beneath that formal request, however, there is usually a more human and organisational challenge: people need to understand each other, align around purpose, make choices, and act in ways that remain coherent after the consultant has left the room.

We help create the conditions in which those conversations can take place with seriousness, respect and practical intent.

Strategy and direction

CAPRESE helps clients clarify, communicate and implement their vision, mission and strategic priorities. We bring structure to the process without reducing strategy to a mechanical planning exercise. Good strategy work requires analysis, imagination, judgement and ownership. It also requires people to understand the implications of strategic choices for the way they work together.

Organisational development and change

Organisations are living systems. Structures, processes, incentives, culture, leadership behaviours and informal relationships all influence what becomes possible. We work with clients at organisational, departmental, team and individual levels to align ways of working with strategic intent.

This may include organisational diagnosis, change programme design, leadership alignment, stakeholder engagement, process facilitation or support to internal teams responsible for implementation.

Learning, capacity building and knowledge

Learning is not limited to training events. Organisations learn through reflection, dialogue, experimentation, feedback, evaluation and the ability to turn experience into improved practice. CAPRESE supports clients in strengthening these capacities at individual, team and institutional levels.

We design and deliver learning processes, workshops and programmes that help people develop practical capabilities while also making sense of the broader organisational context in which those capabilities will be used.

Leadership and teams

Leadership is not only a matter of individual competence. It is also shaped by context, expectations, relationships and the quality of conversations that an organisation is able to hold. CAPRESE supports leaders and teams as they develop shared understanding, strengthen collaboration and address the issues that affect performance and trust.

Our work may include leadership development, executive coaching, team development, facilitated dialogue or support to groups working across functions, cultures and geographies.

Evaluation, reflection and programme support

Evaluation can be more than a compliance requirement. Used well, it helps organisations understand what has happened, why it matters, and what can be learned for future action. CAPRESE supports evaluations, reviews and learning processes in ways that respect evidence, context and the people whose work is being examined.

We also help design and support projects and programmes where clarity of purpose, stakeholder alignment and disciplined implementation are essential.

What this creates

Our work is intended to help clients move from complexity to clarity, from intention to action, and from isolated activity to more coherent organisational practice. We do not claim to bring ready-made answers to every situation. We bring experience, structure, listening, judgement and the ability to accompany clients as they find the path that is right for them.
